Ep 88 - Sodom, Midrash, and Eisegesis ("Dividing Scriptures" #10) - The Whole Church Podcast

Episode 88

Ep 88 - Sodom, Midrash, and Eisegesis ("Dividing Scriptures" #10)

This week's episode is our tenth installation of our "Dividing Scriptures" series. We talk about the many different ways the story of Sodom has been interpreted, what is the sin of Sodom, and how can we remain united despite these differences of opinions. We ask what the sin of Sodom is, so the topic of homosexuality does come up but we do not address the arguments of whether same sex acts are sinful or not, as we have covered that before in other episodes.

Offering Plate

We may not be huge fans of the pressure that goes along with a literal offering plate, but we do hope you will consider giving to our ministry so we can afford to continue our work to educate and unite the Church!
